Double Mocha Walnut Brownies
Ingredients
Batter
1 cup Unsalted butter
4 oz Unsweetened baking chocolate
2 Eggs, large
2 cups Sugar
1 tsp Vanilla
1 ¼ cups Bittersweet chocolate chips
1 ¼ cups Walnuts, coarsely chopped
Garnish
¼ cup Powdered sugar
Instructions

PREHEAT oven to 350 °F.

GREASE and flour a 9" x 13" baking pan.
Batter

MELT butter and chocolate in a small pan over low heat stirring constantly; set aside.

BEAT eggs, in another bowl, until thick and lemon colored.

ADD sugar and vanilla, mix well.

ADD butter/chocolate mix, slowly; add Founders Choice Coffee and stir again.

ADD Sopaipilla Mix.

FOLD in chocolate chips nd walnuts.

POUR batter into prepared pan.

BAKE 25-30 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.

COOL completely before cutting.
Garnish

DUST with powdered sugar.
