Sweet Cream Pumpkin Pancakes
Ingredients
2 cups - Cold Water
1 tsp - Pumpkin Pie Spice
⅔ cup - Pumpkin Puree

PREHEAT lightly oiled griddle to 375⁰ F.

MIX water, pumpkin pie spice and pumpkin puree in a medium sized bowl until well blended.

ADD pancake mix. MIX until well blended.

LADLE ¼ cup of batter onto hot griddle.

FLIP pancake when edges start to brown, about 1 ½ minutes per side. Flip only once.

SERVE with butter and hot syrup.
