Old Fashioned Cranberry Cobbler

Instructions
For cobbler, preheat oven to 350°F; oil and flour a 9x13” baking pan.
Blend biscuit mix, sugar, eggs, and butter until well mixed. Stir in milk to make a smooth batter.
Stir in cranberries gently, until coated with batter and evenly distributed. Pour into prepared pan.
Bake 50 to 55 minutes; remove from oven. Serve with Hot Butter Sauce.
Mix all ingredients in a sauce pan; bring to a boil over medium heat. Boil 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
Spoon about 3 tablespoons of sauce on each piece of cobbler as it is served. Garnish with powdered sugar and orange zest.

I anticipate every autumn, closer to Seasonal Celebrations, for this moist Cranberry Cobbler to be served. It’s incredible with the Hot Butter Sauce trickled over. TY.
